Exploration and application of technology in the discipline of writing and rhetoric. Examines the uneven shifts from oral to print to digital literacy, and how those shifts affect the production of knowledge, social relationships, and opportunities for civic engagement. Satisfies the university general education requirement for a writing intensive course in general education or the major, not both. Prerequisite for writing intensive: completion of the university writing foundation requirement.
