CHM 220 - Introduction to Computational Chemistry (2) Introduction to the use of modern computational methods for the solution of chemical problems, with emphasis on the use of high-level software packages. Topics include elementary computational procedures, statistical treatment of experimental data, graphical methods, and an introduction to molecular modeling. No computer programming experience required. Prerequisite(s): CHM 145 and CHM 148 (or CHM 158); MTH 154 or MTH 122 recommended.
