HRD 309 - Human Resource Information Systems (4) This course examines concepts, strategies, and applications of technology for Human Resource Development. Students explore tasks such as job analysis, needs analysis, and hands-on experience with HRIS. Course content will provide the familiarity and confidence needed for the effective application of HRIS in organizational settings. Prerequisite(s): HRD 306.
