ECN 3780 - Economic Analysis of Law (3) Economic analysis of basic institutions of legal systems. Emphasis is on laws that are not directly intended to regulate the economy, including property, contract, tort, criminal and procedural law. Labor and antitrust law will be discussed only tangentially. (Generally offered winter and summer semesters of even years). Prerequisite(s): [ECN 2010 and ECN 2000 or ECN 2020 ] or ECN 2100 with a minimum grade of (C) in each course.
