EXS 4110 - Advanced Personal Training (2) Theoretical knowledge and practical skills in advanced personal training including training for special cases: high-performance athletes, musculoskeletal injuries, wheel-chair bound clients, chronic diseases, the elderly, and children. Periodization, plyometrics, exercise with specialized equipment, innovative use of available resources, and best practices for commercial success also covered. Cross list with EXS 5110. Offered summer semester. Prerequisite(s): EXS 4100
