PSY 3210 - Child Development (4) Theory and principles of child development from birth to puberty. Selected topics include: maturational processes, learning and motivation, intelligence, self concept and child-rearing practices. Satisfies the university general education requirement for a writing intensive course in general education or the major, not both. Prerequisite for writing intensive: completion of the university writing foundation requirement. Prerequisite(s): PSY 2500 with a grade of (C) or higher.
