NRS 6761 - Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Management (2 credits)
This course provides the foundation for incorporating a standardized body of scientific forensic nursing knowledge in primary prevention, emergency preparedness and disaster management. Content explores the forensic nurse’s role while engaging in best-practices to improve health outcomes of individuals, populations, organizations, and the community.
Prerequisite(s): NRS 6741, NRS 6411, NRS 6441 and NRS 6421
Corequisite(s): NRS 6765
