BIO 4255 - Advanced Methods in Molecular Genetics

Advanced molecular techniques including nucleic acid isolation and amplification, restriction fragment analysis, gel electrophoresis and genome-editing. Students will design and execute experiments and perform basic phenotypic and cytological analyses.
Prerequisite(s): BIO 3210 or BIO 3230 or BIO 3232 or BIO 3400 or BIO 3500 or BIO 4402 or CHM 4254 or BCM 4254, with a grade of (C) or higher, or permission of instructor.
