Students will gain an understanding of nutrition research methods and evaluate and critique both scientific literature and lay sources of information. An emphasis will be placed on synthesizing information from a variety of sources and presenting information in both verbal and written formats.
Additional Requirement(s): Junior or senior standing or instructor permission
Prerequisite(s): NTR 2500, NTR 2650, NTR 2651 and (STA 2220 or EHS 2550)
