BIO 5310 - Conservation Biology (4 credits)
Multidisciplinary course covering theoretical underpinnings and practical applications of biological conservation at local, regional, and international levels. Topics include causes and consequences of biodiversity loss, conservation strategies and planning, restoration ecology, and environmental law and policy. Offered alternate fall semesters. BIO 5310 is cross-listed with an undergraduate course, BIO 4310. Student cannot receive credit for both courses.
