ALS 5518 - Teaching English to Multilingual Learners (4 credits)
Prepares students to teach PreK-12 Adult English Learners (ELs), by reviewing popular, innovative, widely used methods, techniques reshaping the field. Develop individual pedagogical beliefs about how language is learned and taught through discussions, projects, multimedia presentation, classroom visits, working with ELs individually and in small groups. This course is cross-listed with ALS 4418. Prerequisite(s): LIN 2201
