ECE 5710 - Computer Hardware Design (4 credits)
Development of components and techniques needed to design digital circuits and systems for controllers, computers, communication and related applications. Design and analysis of combinational and sequential logic circuits using a hardware description language such as VHDL, timing simulations, test benches and embedded cores. Design of special-purpose processors and their implementation in an FPGA.ECE 4710
