HRD 6140 - Introduction to Human Diversity Inclusion and Social Justice Perspectives (4 credits)
This course is designed to provide its participants with the competencies and strategies needed to develop useful human diversity policies and practices in a variety of contexts. Course will draw upon human diversity, workforce diversity inclusion and social justice theories, along with expert knowledge to promote participants learning. Prerequisite(s): Acceptance in the Master of Organizational Leadership program or instructor permission.
