ECE 5551 - Human Robot Interaction

(4 credits)

HRI covers design and evaluation of robots interacting with humans. The topics include sensing, autonomy, AI, interaction design, experimental design, and human factors applied to robotics. Students will create effective HRI for all levels of autonomy. HRI applications covered include industrial, service, defense, space, therapy, education, and entertainment, etc. This course is cross-listed with ECE 4551.
