CRJ 323 - Delinquency and Juvenile Justice(4) Overview of the nature and types of delinquency, its relation to adolescence and the social situation, and processing by the juvenile justice system. Examines juvenile court procedures, detention facilities, adjudication issues such as transfer to adult court, and live without parole sentences and delinquency prevention and treatment programs. Identical with SOC 323. Prerequisite(s): CRJ 100.
