CEBA 15100 - Project Management Exam Review

The course is designed to prepare participants to sit for the PMI Exam. Specifically the course will cover Project Management’s ten knowledge areas, the 5 project process groups, internal documents comprising a baseline project plan, as well as a variety of topics such as project life cycles, organizational structures, stakeholder expectations, and project managers roles. Participants will also learn the use of a wide variety of commonly used project management tools, case studies, and general project discussion.
