This course covers tools, tips, and techniques to use Microsoft Project software to manage time tasks, people and resources to effectively deliver projects. This includes creating a project plan and schedule within Microsoft Project to track and manage the project to actual results. Outcomes from these analyses will allow users to mover effectively track and manage projects. Topics include:Resource and Task Entry, Sequencing, Project Baseline, Project Views, Work Breakdown Structure, Task Relationships, Resource Leveling, and reporting.
