General Information
The Department of Mechanical Engineering carries out the mission of the School of Engineering and Computer Science by offering undergraduate majors in mechanical engineering including various options. The department also offers a master’s degree program in mechanical engineering and a Ph.D. program in mechanical engineering. The Mechanical Engineering program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
