The liberal arts minor in Judaic studies requires a minimum of 20 credits as described below. At least 8 credits must be taken in religious studies courses at Oakland.

Hebrew language course
REL 450 - Religious Community Project Internship (4)
REL 490 - Directed Readings in the Religious Studies (4) (in Judiac studies)
Approved study abroad course in Israel

Special topics courses offered in other areas (English, history, philosophy, political science, anthropology, art history) may be applied towards the minor when the topics is on an aspect of religious studies appropriate to the minor.
