PHL 107 - Introduction to Symbolic Logic

Formal or symbolic logic is a study of what makes deductive arguments valid, employing symbols to represent sentences, words, phrases, etc. in order to reveal the formal structure of the arguments. Satisfies the university general education requirement in the formal reasoning knowledge foundation area. Offered every year.
