HRD 363 - Group/Team Development and Leadership

(4) Credits
Studies the use of small group and team-based structures to enhance quality and performance in the workplace. Topics include team development, leadership, group norms and goals, resolving group conflicts, group problem solving and decision making models, and group assessments. Formerly HI 363.
Prerequisite(s): WRT 160 or equivalent and HRD 351.
