HRD 365 - Interviewing in the Workplace

Examines fundamental principles and behaviors influencing workplace interviewing. Featured topics include active listening, questioning techniques, and structuring interviews. Skill practice opportunities are provided for needs assessment, behavioral, counseling, performance, conflict mediation and recruitment/selection interviews. Formerly HI 365.
