NRS 515 - Vulnerable Populations and Social Issues(4) Credits This course will focus on the concept of vulnerability and the role of nursing in meeting the health care needs of vulnerable populations. Developmental, social, cultural, racial, socioeconomic, political and health care issues that predispose people to vulnerability, outcomes of vulnerability, and the cycle of vulnerability will be emphasized. Prerequisite(s): NRS 310 and admission to R.N.-M.S.N. program. Replaces NRS 450 in R.N.-B.S.N. program.
