Explores the theories, principles, and practices associated with professional communication. Students will focus on issues common in professional contexts including oral presentations, interviews, and interpersonal skills in the workplace including working collaboratively with others and increasing responsiveness to organizational diversity.
Prerequisite(s): COM 201 or 202.
