BIO 351 - Neurobiology(4) Properties of individual nerve cells and small groups of nerve cells involved in information processing. Emphasis is placed on the cellular and molecular basis of excitability and synaptic transmission, membrane receptor systems and signaling, neuronal plasticity, and sensory and motor functions in relation to neurological disorders. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite(s): BIO 111, 113; CHM 158.
