PSY 400 - Science and Superstition(4) An overview of the methods and products of science as contrasted with superstition and supernaturalism. Focus on differentiating critical thinking and scientific evidence-based beliefs and practices from beliefs and practices that are not evidence-based and do not depend on critical thinking, such as tarot card readings, palm readings, astrology and supernaturalism. Prerequisite(s): PSY 250 with a grade of 2.0 or higher.
