HRD 344 - Lean Kaizen in Organizations

This course provides students with a comprehensive ΓÇ£learnΓÇödoΓÇ¥ experience about how successful Lean Kaizens are conducted. The six focus areas are: Lean Philosophy, Lean Tools & Techniques, Teambuilding, Kaizen Methodology, Organization Change and Presentation & Facilitation. Students will participate on a kaizen team and work on a dysfunctional real-world process.
