The minor in applied technology in business provides a unique opportunity to combine studies in any business or economics major with the opportunity to gain technology skills. The curriculum consists of four 3-credit courses – ATB 306 , ATB 307 , ATB 406 and ATB 407 . The prerequisite for these courses is MIS 100. These courses cover a wide range of topics including not only technology application but topics such as project management and strategic planning. Application to the program is restricted to business and economics majors and admission to the program is competitive. Students interested in applying for this minor should contact the program coordinator. The minor consists of 15 credits and any prerequisites for these courses: A minimum grade of 3.0 is required in each of these courses, and a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or better must be maintained to remain in the program.
